Teaching Experience in detail in Summer Camp classes

I started teaching while i was still learning dance as a hobby. With a certain potential to deal with fellow mates in the class my teachers saw that i could grasp and learn the technique fast and thus train people. i have been teaching for four years now and love to see the growth that in individual gets after learning dance which not only includes just learning the art but a boost in an overall development of the person i.e confidence, stage presence, concentration etc. While teaching I majorly focus on rhythm and later on technique, as the body needs a certain time to understand various patterns of rhythms that are in varied songs. So using a combination of both and in a certain period the student masters dancing. Having an experience for over 4 years and dealing with an age group of 3 to 60 years i have an understanding of different techniques used in teaching. With every age group the pattern and approach changes for the earliest possible learning for the student. Have seen the joy that the students experience after the classes and thus feel happy and content in providing a service that gives joy.
