After pursuing career for 30+ years, Mr. Anal M. Pandit, decided to go by his heart and opted for his last 40+ years of hobby & passion i.e. Graphology.

He Has done extensive research in Graphology and provided guidance in this field to several people from diverse backgrounds for years.

Around 11 years ago, founded the Institute to undertake serious research work into various facets of Graphology.

Over the years, have personally groomed many budding Graphologists & people interested in Graphology through the Courses conducted by Institute. Some of his students have already made their mark in the field and few of them started teaching independently.

Currently, have a committed and dedicated team of 12 Graphologists and a group of over 60 ex-students who participate in the research work.

Have conducted many seminars on Graphology in Corporates, Clubs, Colleges and Managements Institutes.

The institute is recognised by the Maharashtra Police as the only official Institute to teach Graphology to the staff.

The art and science of graphology was brought in the lives of thousands of people through Guest Lectures, Workshops, training, 1 on 1 and counselling sessions.

His students comprise of children and adults of all ages, from the age of 6 to 82 including impressive and varied backgrounds such as School & College students to CEOs, Medical Practitioners to Advocates & Solicitors including partners of International Legal Firms, Commercial Pilot to HR Managers/Executives , Medical Counsellors to College & School Teachers, Businessmen, Gazetted Officers, Architects, Software Professionals to Chartered Accountants, Financial Planners, Insurance Consultants, Bank Officers, Police officers from Maharashtra.

Approach is holistic and the subject is taught more as a personality development tool for self realization.

More than last 11 years, conducting training in Graphology, Workshops, HR Audits, Handwriting & Signature Analysis, Signature Designing, Opinions on Questioned Documents etc.

The classes are conducted on regular basis in Maharashtra & Goa and contemplating a batch in New Delhi in October 2015.
