This course is for the students that would appear for ICSE school exams in 2022 (AY 2021 - 2022).
We would start by learning the concept to applying it in solving the easier numerical, gradually building up the confidence to take more challenging questions head-on and finally solve similar questions from past years’ papers in the topic that we finish.
All this would end with a short test to help me understand that you’ve understood what was taught.
We’d repeat this exercise for every topic but the tests will get cumulative with the weightage of previous chapters reducing as we progress with the course.
The frequency of classes for this course would be twiec a week of 90 minutes (1.5 hours) each. That would be followed by a practice problem worksheet based on what was learnt in the class. You should sincerely try and attempt the worksheet on the day you have had the class. In case you are unable to do that, the same worksheet should definitely be attempted before the next scheduled class. If you fail to do so, it would hinder your learning in subsequent classes and that would set a never ending backlog.
