Teaching Experience in detail in Football Coaching classes

I used to teach kids in Lucknow, my hometown. I find that if young kids are given the chance to play and are given good training, then they perform really well. Generally when I used to play football, street football to be precise, all the elder kids didn't let the younger kids play. I always do the opposite. I try to give them chances and also advice them on how to improve their game. This improves their confidence during the game. Also, I try to teach kids the importance of warming up before games. It increases stamina and reduces the risk of injuries during play. But since it's considered boring by the students, sometimes I just tell the kids to pass the ball around before the match starts. It warms them up as well as improves their passing and ball control skills. Lastly, I always instruct the kids to play fairly and selflessly. Football is a team game and it should be played like one. These are some of the things I try to inculcate during my training sessions. If you send your kid to train with, I assure you that I will try my level best to make him / her a better footballer. It has been a long journey as a coach for me. I also like it when I meet my former students and then they tell me about the days we used to train and play together. I was doing this as a hobby but now I want to do this thing and also support my livelihood. So I hope that you guys give me a chance.
