Is C language useful for an MBA?

In my opinion, it would depend on MBA stream which you are in. If you are doing MBA Finance, HR streams, I see limited use of knowing C language, but you are in MBA IT or some technical stream, it may help you.

Is it necessary to learn data structures in C language only?

Though this is not necessary, having knowledge of C data structures acts as base for all other language data structures. I would recommend you to learn either C or Java data structures.
