Duration: 6 months (8 sessions of 90 min each in a month)

Exclusive Features: The Course has been designed with an aim of mainstreaming the student into the society.

• Thus topics such as Equipment Handling, Measurement Training, Packing Techniques, etc have been included in the curriculum.
• All Ingredients and printed notes will be provided during the class.
• The course Includes two full days of Free Parental Training where, along with recipes personalised training vocabulary and techniques will be shared. Marketing strategies will be shared and discussed.
• Printed Business Cards of the students will be provided to encourage the professional journey of the Student--Parent team.
• Personalised Basic equipments will be provided to encourage independent practice at home.
• Good Values such as Caring by Sharing, presenting skills will also be taught during the class.

Certification: The Course is certified by the Bilaney's Cooking Institute.Pvt.Ltd, Kharghar.

Assessment: The assessment will be based 90% on practical performance of the student. Video will be recorded for purely assessment and certification purpose of the student performing the activity.

Success rate: Students who have completed the course (including those with severe ASD and Moderate MR) have achieved 60% to 100%  independence in the skill.
