I am a yoga teacher / instructor. Yoga has been a part of my life over 4 years I am giving home session since Feb 2019.... I'm certified in ashtanaga,hatha and vinyasa RYT500 from yoga alliance USA. I possess sound knowledge about yoga movements such as asanas and other postures. Moreover, I am well versed with the relaxation and breathing methodologies and their principles. my hope is that when you step of your mat that you feel invigorated, balanced and ready to challenge the world.
