As a fitness trainer, fitness nutritionist and yoga, capoeira martial arts instructor and celebrities trainer I help people achieve their fitness goals through good nutrition and exercise. I first do a full body analysis (assessment) and routines of my clients physical fitness, food preferences, understand their needs and then develop practical achievable training goals and program. My training module has already helped people who have train under my guidance .I take kids training and group trainings for all the age group above 5+ .
