Firstly you need to explain the teacher that you need a progressive class which helps you build your strength and flexibility post which one's your centred in your body and all the agitation of body is reduced then you can progress towards meditation..which will again help you with the one pointed focus... ...more

Avoid practicing yoga directly post meals or when your very exhausted in that case just relaxation works wonders to boost your energy.and be cautious if your suffering from any medical problems take the guidance of a yoga professional teacher who is able to design a class as per your ailments

Your body alignment is the main reason for the pain to occur due to stress and mental strain this is the common complain of people who have sedentary jobs...you can get in touch with us to know further ...thanks
