Founded in 2017 by Amogh & Sainath, Mindful Shapes is an educational and human movement engaged in stress-management and service initiatives. The organization operates in 2 countries and has touched the lives of a lot of people.
The programs are guided by Patanjaliâ??s philosophy of peace: "Unless we have a stress-free mind and a violence-free society, we cannot achieve world peace." Health and wellness have become the motto for all and practising Yoga at home is a growing trend. Individuals feel more comfortable practising yoga at their place, it enables the teacher to give more attention to the students, thus understanding their requirements better to design a compatible program. Every student has a unique body structure, built, shape, size and figure, different thought patterns, impact of energy level, etc. The teacher (trainer) starts off by mapping the studentâ??s mind, their purpose of doing yoga and this enables us to provide detailed counselling to each and every student. To help individuals get rid of stress and experience inner peace, Mindful Shapes offers stress-elimination programs which include breathing techniques, meditation, and yoga. These programs have helped people around the world to overcome stress, depression and violent tendencies.
