IdentityI am a certified yoga instructor from AYM School, one of the oldest and most esteemed yoga schools in Rishikesh. Since the past two years, I have been training under an experienced mentor from Rishikesh. As of now, I have been conducting in-person yoga sessions for my office colleagues on weekends and now wish to share the gift of yoga with others as well.
I offer personal yoga sessions on weekends, both online and in-person. These sessions are suitable for complete beginners. I will guide you through each asana with proper alignment, modifications tailored to your ability, and ample use of yoga props.
Session Details:
