The modern days have made the life’s of people easier but unfortunately it has taken away the active content out of our day to day life. This has led to a lot of ailments like Body Ache, Obesity and subsequently B.P. and Heart Attacks. Today life has become lengthy but not long, due to this aliments. We at PRANA SHAKTI YOGA have combined modern days needs with the traditional science of yoga and provide Personal Training Program. This program focuses on various aspects of the body related issues.

Dear Friends, Before coming to the point, let me share a real story of a guy. Mr. X, in his early 20’s working in Mumbai. A health n Fitness conscious guy, weighing 68.kg used to go for regular jogging n Gym. He got a job offer from an Advertising company based in Dubai, in a month’s time he was in Dubai with his new job n accommodation; it took few months to settle down. With no regular exercise n walks, no proper diet at the end of six month he was 80.kg with some health issues like Acidity n mild back pain. He became friends with few Yoga Trainers who asked him to attend their class regularly, which he did for 2 weeks n discontinued. The reason, work load, reaching late home etc. he didn’t had time for their Yoga classes but never missed their Parties on weekend. Few years passed, Mr. X in a good position work wise n Health wise, at 92.kg he had Severe Back problem, Knee pain, Acidity n other health issues. Regular visits to Doctors n therapists took lot of time from his regular work routine. It affected his work badly. He decided to come back to India and join a Production House started by a Yoga Guru, now with lots of trainer friends he still was not regular with his classes. His back pain was so worse that he has to keep changing his bed. He knew it’s time for a break or he will breakdown. He took a 1.month yoga vacation where the classes where designed according to his health issues. At the end of the month he was feeling good, relieved with pain, he wanted to continue with what he was doing. He joined teachers training course with the Yoga guru, at the end of six months he was ready to take classes, fitter n leaner, at 80.kg he was feeling good about himself. From there his journey began as a yoga trainer, now after six years in this profession as a Yogi. Touchwood, no serious health issues and no visits to doctor. No prize for guessing the Yoga trainer, it’s my story. Now the point is, YOGA DOESN’T TAKE TIME, YOGA GIVES TIME. May be not now, but in future for sure. Work will always be there, from the first day of your office till the last day. As a junior executive you will have work load n pressure to complete on time n tomorrow as a senior executive u will have work load n pressure to get the job done on time. We have only three classes weekly that means 3.hrs a week and in a month 12.hrs. If you can’t spare that 1.hr thrice a week or 12.hrs a month for yourself for your physical and mental relaxation, then what’s the use of working whole life and spending your retirement life with Doctor’s and Therapists.
