.Managing close to 200 students, 12 trainers with over 8 dance training centers and workshops in Bangalore currently.
Maintaining a good client relationship with schools/colleges/corporate and getting the annual dance choreography projects to the academy.
Mentoring the trainers to become a better leaders and teachers who are able to maintain different projects individually.
Running monthly report in order to check the efficiency of the project.
Checking quality of the service by monitoring the training centers often.
Ensuring students have a good dance place environment by knowing their interest.
Organizing dance shows, workshops, photo shoots, video shoots, flash mobs and student-teacher outing annually.
