As a regional head in various organisations, Business Planning and execution were my main focus. I have worked and handled with large teams. I used to handle 25 distributors in western region and sales force over 4000. Normally the age group was from 20 years to 50+. Sales force comprises mostly of women in direct selling industry. Have conducted few training sessions as free lance also. My training style is easy, informal and customized as per the requirement. Presentation skills, Body language, Negotiation skills etc are very important in Biz Talk. The best part about training is to see positive changes in people to make them more productive and have higher self esteem.

I am a certified trainer and worked in Direct Selling Industry for more that 18 years. Training was an integral part of my job profile. I have conducted class room training sessions with 10-15 participants and also conducted training sessions during annual conferences with over 1000 participants. My training style is informal and I stress on involving the participants. There are Role Plays, Videos etc to make training sessions more interactive and fun.
