I have been practicing and teaching Yoga from past 9 years. My Specialization is Traditional yoga,Hatha yoga & Power yoga.I have deep interests in Indian philosophy and Meditation. I did my post graduation in yoga therapy from Government College of Yoga,Education and Health,Chandigarh.
I believe in teaching and spreading yoga to masses.According to me,"Yoga is not just a fitness program, it's a Way of Life."
