IdentityI received my primary education at the esteemed Vedic Gurukul in Delhi, where I developed a strong foundation in my traditional Sanskrit studies. Seeking higher education, I made the wise decision to enroll at the renowned Banaras Hindu University in Varanasi. At this prestigious institution, I obtained my undergraduate degree in Shastri Hons. as well as my postgraduate degrees in vyakaran, yoga, and Indian & western philosophy. My dedication and passion for Sanskrit and yoga were acknowledged with my achievement of a UGC NET-JRF qualification in these fields. Motivated by this accomplishment, I pursued a PhD in yoga science at the esteemed Central Sanskrit University. During my doctoral research, I conducted a comprehensive practical study on the primary ten yogic mudras. Presently, I have the privilege of serving as an assistant professor guest faculty in the esteemed yogic science department at a university. In this role, I am honored to share my expertise and contribute to the growth and development of Sanskrit and yoga. As an assistant professor in the guest faculty, I teach various courses related to yogic science, focusing on the ancient principles and practices of yoga and their modern applications. I emphasize the holistic approach of yoga, promoting physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
I am actively involved in academic activities such as publishing research articles, presenting at conferences, and participating in workshops and seminars. Collaborating with fellow scholars, I engage in research projects that contribute to the collective knowledge and advancement of yogic science. My objective is to inspire and empower individuals to incorporate yogic principles and practices into their lives, enhancing their health, inner peace, and self-realization.
