One is print which focuses on magazine photoshoots while runway models walk the catwalk for labels. There are also more commercial options, such as being a swimsuit or catalogue model. Plus size modelling has made an impact in recent years too. For Ramp or Runway modelling, most female models start at the very minimum height of 5-4, but closer to 5-8 is preferred. For the male models, the minimum height required starts from 5-8 but closer to 6 ft is preferred. For specific requirements like, for example, in print modelling or any particular assignment, height is never an issue for any model.
