I'm a personal fitness trainer with more than 13 years of work experience with most top gym brands like Ozone Gym, Talwalkars, Gold's Gym and now running successfully my own gym from last 7 years R F C Rathi Fitness Club. I would like you try once any mode like home personal training without machines or in any gym in NCR Meerut, Ghaziabad, Noida, Delhi.
My key skills are specialized training for any post surgery workout and stretching for injured or accidental person, and particular body muscle area improvement in shape, size or strength. And body weight management like weight gain or loss or maintain with muscle improvement.
