IdentityHello, my name is Shruti. I am a teacher, artist, actor, dancer, drama educator, art enthusiast, and passionate foodie.
I am a Postgraduate in Mass Communication from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi. I also have a postgraduate Diploma in acting and theatre making from Drama School Mumbai and a diploma in human rights and international law from the Indian Society of International Law, Delhi. I also secured a foundation degree in Kathak from Sri Ram Bhartiya Kala Kendre, Delhi, to fulfil my passion for dancing.
I have ten years of teaching experience as a drama educator to students from all age groups—and almost five years of teaching experience as an English teacher to students from classes 1 to 5, and I have also been home tutoring students from classes 1 to 7 in Maths, Science, Hindi, and Social Studies for the last four years.
KSA Development Ventures (Delhi franchisee of Helen O'Grady International in India) awarded me as the best drama teacher for two consecutive years has awarded me the title of best drama teacher for two straight years.
I am also a self-taught Graphic Designer. I have designed brochures, pamphlets, and social media creatives for various organisations.
I am passionate about writing poems. Some of my poems (in English and Hindi) have been published in my school and college magazines. For the last year, I have also been learning Urdu and the art of Ghazal writing.
And I love to cook for myself and make myself happy ☺️
