I am a yoga teacher. I am giving home/online/private yoga session since 2012. I completed foundation course and 3-months certification in yogasana from morarji desai national Institute of yoga(Delhi). I also completed 200 hours teacher training course from Santhi Institute of yoga (Kerala) registered with yoga alliance international (USA). My skills are hatha yoga, Ashthang yoga, power yoga, kids yoga, pranayam and meditation. I have been teaching since 2012 in my community, corporate sector workers and online.
