I have started my teaching career as a Kindergarten Teacher in Jun 1993 until Mar 94 with Al Noor school, Bahrain which has been the steppingstone to my teaching career. With my self- motivational approach and with the school management's support, I was able to adopt many teaching techniques and ensure the students were able to inculcate them. I then had an opportunity to work with Indian school Bahrain from Oct 96 to Nov 2008. This period was a remarkable phase as I was able to develop many more new methodologies in the teaching learning process. From 2008 to 2021 I had worked with DPS Bahrain which was the hallmark of my career as the management entrusted me various roles within the scheme of improvising the complete teaching modules and also add value to the extracurricular activities, especially General Knowledge and Art. I was fortunate enough to be conferred upon the Best Teacher Award by the Indian Ambassador of Bahrain for the year 2020. By 2021 I had to seek an early retirement to take care of my ageing parents and settled in Palakkad, Kerala but the passion for teaching was always guiding me and I got enrolled with PLANET SPARK online education platform for almost 6 months. Simultaneously I also had begun my own tutoring program called WINGS, focusing on enriching student skills and abilities and was able to successfully complete two editions of the program of language skills, GK, Art etc.
