During my one-year tenure, I was responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons in Math and english. I designed differentiated lesson plans to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities, incorporating project-based learning and hands-on activities to enhance student engagement. Through consistent use of formative assessments, I was able to track and improve students’ understanding of key concepts. <br/> <br/>In addition to teaching, I actively contributed to the school community by organizing after-school enrichment programs and supporting school-wide events. I developed strong classroom management skills, using a positive reinforcement system that helped reduce disruptions and foster a cooperative learning environment. <br/> <br/>One of my key achievements was improving student performance in English, with 80% of my students exceeding their target scores in the end-of-year assessments. This success was driven by my focus on interactive learning and formative assessments, allowing me to adapt instruction to meet each student's needs. <br/> <br/>Overall, this experience allowed me to refine my teaching practices, collaborate with a supportive team of educators, and deepen my passion for fostering students’ academic and personal growth.
