I am post graduated as masters in food science and nutrition and fellowship in clinical nutrition. I have over 6 years of rich experience in academics, clinical practice, and research. I have catered to health care in the fields of diet therapy, healthy cooking methods innumerable health. As a dietitian worked in clinical setting, often in one-on -one situations with inpatients and outpatients as well as with their families ,in assessing, designing and implementing dietary strategies and nutritional therapies. I am expert in the use of food and nutrition ,specialized in advising the people on what to eat in order to lead healthy lifestyle or to achieve a specific health related goal. I am a proud recipient of the 3rd rank from mangalore university in his post-graduation studies. I possesses good communication and comprehension abilities and passion to take up new challenges. Very enthusiastic and passionate individual who enjoys sharing knowledge with the proven record of helping students progress through positive learning experience. Earned loyalty creativity ,integrity and very passionate and excellence in the in-depth to the subject and teaching methodology. I am president of alumni association ,life member of indian dietetic association and nutrition society of india, media in charge and life member of iapen mangalore chapter. Adding to this, I am currently pursuing her phd in "Dietary intervention and lifestyle modification for polycystic ovary syndrome – a prospective interventional study ".
