TYPES OF SKIN- NORMAL, DRY, OILY AND COMBINATION
- NORMAL SKIN -
- Has the right water balance.
- It's neither too oily nor too dry.
- Proper care is the key to maintain this skin type.
- DRY SKIN-
- This skin is thin and feels dry.
- It feels flaky.
- Dry skin is also dehydrated skin; dehydration of the skin can be temporary.
- It is more prone to fine lines and wrinkles.
- Moisturiser is essential, for this skin type, but wearing too heavy a cream is not recommended.
- OILY SKIN-
- It feels thicker than normal skin
- It has large pores
- More prone to acne and blemishes
- It feels greasy and sticky
- COMBINATION SKIN-
- It can be oily and dry at the same time.
- T-zone can be oilier, t- zone comprises of:
- The forehead, the nose and the chin
- The outer areas, like the cheeks, can feel dry and flaky.
- This skin type requires more care.
- Water-based products are recommended.

- A toner maintains a proper ph balance for the skin.
- A Moisturiser acts as a hydrating agent for the skin.
- Sunscreen- A sunscreen protects the skin from sun rays, sun rays cause damage to the skin. It should be worn over the Moisturiser.
Note- Following a proper diet is essential to have supple and radiant skin, along with following an appropriate skincare regime. Follow a good diet and having plenty of water throughout the day is very important, 8 to 10 glasses a day.
