Professional Experience:

•More than 40 years of experience in the music and Mumbai film industry.
•Played the keyboard for a number of singers like Asha Bhosle, Manna Dey, Ustad Sultaan Khan, Hemant Kumar, Shubha Mudgal, Kishori Amonkar, Mehendi Hasan, Abida Parveen and Ghulam Ali (Gazal singers from Pakistan) and many others.
•Assisted the following senior music directors for several projects:
1. Anil Biswas for television soap “Humlog”.
2. Satish Bhatia for “Apna apna aasman”, a popular television soap, the title song for which was sung by eminent gazal singer, Jagjit Singh.
3. Satish Bhatia for “Ramayan”, An All India Radio production, sung by all eminent singers of India like Lata Mangeshkar, Jagjeet Singh, Asha Bhosle, Suresh Wadekar, Pt. Jasraj and Pt. Rajan Sajan Mishra.
4. Singh Bandhu for his many telefilms and television serials.
5. Mohan Upriti, for many television soaps and Pahadi folk albums.
6. Ustad Amjad Ali Khan for his ballet music.
•Composed and arranged music for almost all the devotional albums produced by T- Series. Most of the eminent singers have sung under my direction. A few of those are Asha Bhosle, Jagjeet Singh, Sonu Nigan, Anup Jalota, Richa Sharma, Udit Narayan, Suresh Wadekar, Shreya Ghoshal, Kumar Sanu, Anuradha Paudwal, Padmashri Shubha Mudgal, Padmashri Sharda Sinha, Narinder Chanchal, Hari Haran, Daler Mehendi and Bhupinder Singh.
•Composed music for several jingles and advertisements.
•Composed music for the most popular television show for kids, TURUMTOO, directed by well know cine director, Shyam Benegal.
•Composed the title track and back ground music for “Doosra Keval”, featuring Shah Rukh Khan, directed by well know cine director, Shri Lekh Tandon, title song sung by playback singer, Bhupinder Singh.
•Composed music for “ Raju and udan tashtari”, a telefilm telecasted nationwide by Doordarshan.
•Directed music for many ballets of “Sri Ram Bhartiya Kala Kendra” and “Kathak Kendra”, namely; PARIKRAMA, MEERA and KRISHNA AVTAAR. Also, composed music for Sonal Man Singh’s “Draupadi”.
•Gave music for a Nepalese Block buster, “ Sukha Dukha”.
•Also had the privilege to work for two Hollywood projects, “Kamasutra” directed by Mira Nair; and “Dance of the wind”, directed by Rajan Khosa.
•Worked as senior Music Advisor with The Heritage School, Gurgaon since 2008-2011. Organised all music, baithaks and annual days during this tenure.
•Worked as Resource Person Music for all branches of Indus World school since 2011-2014
