I am working as a Professional Chess Trainer Since 2009 when I started Home Classes.As a Chess Trainer I have Got {Developmental Instructor} From "Chess in School Commision" that is under World Chess Federation in 2012 at New Delhi.Where We Got the Special Training How to Teach the Kids Below 12 Years by Understanding Their psychology during the Chess Class.How to take Class Such a Way So that Child does not lose his focus and So Many other Important Factors About Chess Classes from Mr. Kevin O Konnel who is currently a Honorary Chairman and Seretary at "Chess in Education Commision" at Present in FIDE.Before that Title I was Giving Coaching in Greenland Sr Sec School Where I worked as a Chess Coach till 2017 Under My Guidence School won So many Championships on Districts and State Level and Also got Qualified for Nationals for Central Board of Secondary Education .From 2011 to 2014 Myself also worked at G.N.E College as a Senior Chess Coach Where Both Boys and Girls teams Secure Posiotions at Inter College Level.After 2017 I worked Part Time at Bal Bharati School and Delhi Public School and They have also won Laurels for thier School.Apart from this My Personal Students got Achievements in Both Districts and State Levels also. In March 2018 I got Selected for the Seminar for the Post of FIDE Instructor and I qualified and Achieved the "FIDE Instructor" from World Chess Federation Title.Now We got New Techniques How to Handle the Player Who is Not Improving, How to Understand Positional Chess, How to Prepare the Studednt for Chess Tournament. My Higehest FIDE Rating was 1905.As a Trainer I can Say one Important Point that My teaching style is not traditional as the some other trainer are Offering.I focus on Childs Weakness and then Work on it.This is my Personal Experience that Child will not learn anything if we are not able to create his Interest in Game. As a Player I have Played More than 80 Tournamnets in my life * I have won First Position in Every Catagory from Under 8 to Under 25 in Punjab from 1997-2012 * I have won Four time Gold for My College at Inter school Level from 2007-2012 * I have won Second Position at North Interversity for My Team at Kanpur 2012 * I have won Silver Medal for Individual Board Prize at All India Inter University Chess Championship held at Kerala in 2013. * 10th Position at International Chess Festival (B) 2013 at Delhi * I participated at National B Senior Indivdual for Punjab at 2006. Expect of these I have been in the top three in State Championships and All India Open Tournamnets. I have also Organized the Local Tournaments and Some Officals Tournaments in Schools as a Arbiter.
