First of all, think that I am going to do this skill when trying something new one face ups and downs in his/ her life one should not stop doing that skill. Don't feel demotivated as developing skills require time. But one should focus on when trying something new. Do not leftover the things.
Communication skills should be built through listening, speaking, writing. Make your expertise flexible with time, and one should adopt excellent skills in life. Try to manage those skills through the proper plan, in an organised way and prioritise work.
