Yes, an ECE student can get a software engineer job. Coming to just basic knowledge of C and HTML, why are you stuck on just basic knowledge of C? Is there anything stopping you from writing code and learning better problem-solving. If you are comfortable staying at basic knowledge maybe you don't like to code in which case you are better off finding other job options. If you do love to code, start to code more, the more you learn to code the better job you will find.

I teach online as well as offline. I wouldn't say there is any major difference as such, in fact, online is easier for you as well as the tutor too. Don't know why so many students still run from learning online. However what you need to make sure is that while you are learning it, you are writing code... ...more

I teach online as well as offline. I wouldn't say there is any major difference as such, in fact, online is easier for you as well as the tutor too. Don't know why so many students still run from learning online. However what you need to make sure is that while you are learning it, you are writing code along with the tutor. If you are just sitting there listening you will feel you are understanding a lot but believe me you aren't. You cannot learn to code or understand a programming language without actually writing lots of code.

Because every time you compile and run your code the memory location that is used to store your variable is different. The operating system picks a free memory location and uses it to store variables created in your program and this location can be different every single time.
