1. Worked as a PGT Biology at St. Joseph Inter College, Rajajipuram Lucknow
2. Presently working as a Senior Research Fellow at Central Institute for Subtropical Horticulture, Rehmankhera, Lucknow in Project entitled “Understanding the Mechanism of Off-Season Flowering and Fruiting in mango under different environmental conditions”. My work includes Physiological and Biochemical basis of flowering and off-season flowering in Mango. I have gained experience for handling of LCMS-MS, LCPro+(Portable Photosynthesis system), FMS2 (Field Fluorescence monitoring system), Sap Flow, Water potential Monitoring system, Soil Moisture measurement system, Refractometer, Enzymatic analysis (Catalase, Peroxidase, Poly phenol Oxidase etc),Phytohormonal analysis (ABA ,GA, Ascorbic acid, Cytokinin etc), Protein Profiling, RFLP, Root Physiology, Protein Estimation and Carbohydrate (Structural and Non Structural) Estimation.

3. Worked as a Project Assistant on Project entitled “Genetic improvement of Jatropha curcas for adaptability and oil yield” at National Botanical Research Institute (NBRI), Lucknow. My Work includes Measurement of water relations and photosynthesis in economic plants like Jatropha, Cotton, Transgenic Tobacco and lower plants as Fern, Lichen and Moss.
I have gained experience for Extraction/purification and estimation of Oil, fat, moisture content by using NMR (QC analysis) in Jatropha , Cotton and many other crop seeds.
I have gained experience for handling of GFS-3000 photosynthesis system, PAM-2000 fluorescence system,LICOR-6200 , HPFM, SAPFLOW, PSYPRO, Pressure Chamber, HCFM (High conductance Flow Meter),Sap Flow, Porometer, Osmometer, GCMS, NMR, Isolation& Measurement of pigment (chlorophyll, Phycobilin, Carotenoid etc) and Computational data analysis in SAS (ANOVA, MANOVA, Two Way ANOVA, Principal Component Analysis, DENDOGRAM )& SIGMA PLOT.
