IdentityI have been giving tuition since 2008 after completing my B.Tech. Currently I am working as an Assistant Professor in one of the reputed engineering colleges of Lucknow. I was also associated with a coaching center from 2011-2013. I have always emphasized on the practical application based teaching. Unless one is able to relate things practically he/she will not understand the core of it and to emphasize on that relation has always been my approach.
It has been observed that many a times the course/syllabus is arranged and taught in an inappropriate manner..there has to be a continuity in your course while you are studying it. An experienced/intelligent teacher can only guide students and set the right approach of the course. For students of 10+2 and less the marks distribution of the chapters is very important to understand. I always try to maintain a balance between brushing the intellect of a student and making sure he scores well.
