Truly yoga has eight components: Yam, Niyam, Asana, Pranayam, Pratyahar, Dharana, Dhyan and Samadhi, known as Astanga yoga. From this it directly follows that yoga is the only way to get complete health: Physical, intellectual, mental and spiritual health. The genesis of this sacred institute is to materialize the above-mentioned capability of yoga. This institute is established in 2004 by Yogi Vikas Kumar ji with the help of Mr. S. K. Agarwal; Director of CAT JEE coaching centre, being impressed by power of yogic science which healed him from a deadly asthmatic disease. The day of inauguration was Basant Panchami.
The academic aspect of this institute is completely governed by the most experienced and competent teacher Yogi Vikas Kumar Ji. This institute is an example in itself that imparts complete education of yoga.
