To teach essential online software you need is skype for voice calls or maybe a telephonic call you can use your phone and for screen share you can use TeamViewer.

I have five years of experience in service desk, and the last company I worked for was TCS& BPS till mid of 2017. I left my job owing to my dad diagnosed with a medical condition, and since then I am associated with my family business. Now when things are under control, I am looking to get back to my carrier. However, I want to upgrade my profile instead of doing the same work. I would need suggestion/ advice on the type of certifications/ courses which might be helpful to join a software firm. I am caught in a dilemma if I should opt for MCSA/ MCSE/ RHCE certifications or learn a programming language or learn software testing. Please advice.

You can learn Web Development languages like PHP, PHP Frameworks. You will easily get a job in any software company. In future you can keep upgrading.
