• React is the most versatile and widely used option with excellent resources.
• Vue.js is the easiest to learn and great for integrating with Django templates.
• Alpine.js is perfect for lightweight enhancements without a heavy framework.

I work with vue js, as it fits most of my requirements and it is light and handy.
