1) Draw the circle using the bangle
a) Draw 2 chords inside the circle and then draw their perpendicular bisectors to intersect at O
b) O is the center of the circle
2) Draw a radius and extend it outside till P(from where you want to draw the tangents)
3) Draw a perpendicular bisector on OP to intersect at M
4) With OM or OP as radius, draw a circle with center M to intersect the previous circle at A and B
5) Join PA and PB
PA and PB are the required tangents.
