IdentityI am Grace Joseph, a passionate and qualified Biology educator with a solid academic foundation and a commitment to nurturing scientific curiosity among students. I hold a Master’s degree in Botany with distinction and am currently awaiting results for my B.Ed. in Natural Science from NSS Training College, Changanacherry. I have successfully cleared competitive exams such as the State Eligibility Test (SET), Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET), GATE Life Sciences (2022 & 2023), and ICAR JRF (2022), reflecting my strong subject knowledge and academic dedication.
During my B.Ed. internship at St. Xavier’s High School, Mithrakary, I had the opportunity to teach Biology to Grade 8 and 9 students. This experience allowed me to apply innovative, student-centered teaching methods, use educational technologies, and foster an engaging learning environment. I designed interactive lessons and encouraged participation through creative classroom activities, project-based learning, and the integration of multimedia tools.
In addition to my academic and teaching credentials, I have earned various certifications in biology, communication skills, climate science, and educational technology. I have actively participated in national-level quizzes, presentations, and co-curricular activities. My two-year experience as an NSS volunteer and my NCC certification (A, B, and C) have also shaped my discipline, leadership, and commitment to community service.
