Overview

I am ritu, basically from Kerala and currently settled in the Parvati Valley of Himalayas. I am in the health and fitness industry for over 7 years, I started out as an enthusiast running marathons to competing bodybuilding competitions to finding solace in yoga :) and since I had exposure to all the aspects, I decided to take up my education in sports to get certified and to be able to communicate and share what I had learnt and experienced to the basic people out there so that they could also reap the maximum benifits out of it.
