A project is a unique, transient endeavour, undertaken to achieve planned objectives, which could be defined in terms of outputs, outcomes or benefits. A project is deemed to be a success if it achieves predetermined objectives within an agreed timescale and budget.

Project management, then, is the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities to meet the project requirements. A project management professional needs a wide range of skills; often technical skills, and certainly people management skills and good business awareness.

This programme prepares you to initiate, execute and monitor a project efficiently. It is equipped with advanced tools and techniques, to impart the real-time learning atmosphere to the learners. This course will benefit all the aspirants looking forward to redefine their project management role.

ELIGIBILITY - Graduation in any discipline and relevant work experience of minimum 3 years in project domain after graduation.

Pedagogy – The teaching approach will be highly interactive taking advantage of the technological benefits. The pedagogy followed for the programme will be a judicious blend of lectures, case studies and participants experience sharing.

Programme Delivery – Programme sessions will be delivered by IIMK faculties on Times Learning platform using direct to participant device (D2D) facility on real time basis.
