"As it has been a couple of weeks I joined, I found the classes very useful. Classes include both the practical and theoretical aspects of every aasanas. Not only that classes also includes the aasanas that help in attaining mental peace and strengthening the spiritual values. But I think there is still a lot to learn and I am looking forward to that."
