1. Assistant Teacher at ST. Clare (Level – Pre-Primary and Primary) Date – 1st October 2016 till date i) Bridging the learning gaps in students, promoting experiential learning among students. ii) Teaching fundamentals skills of math and language (Hindi) through various methods of teaching like roll- playing, story-telling, educational games and activities, etc. iii) Understanding interest of students and inspiring them to learn new concepts to nurture their future goals. iv) Doing one on one discussion with students to understand their problem and solve them. v) Organizing periodical PTMs, to share progress reports of students and to develop ownership of parents in their child’s scholastic and co-scholastic growth. vi) Designing reward and recognition tools; teaching learning materials; progress trackers; worksheets; term end assessment tools; etc. vii) Enhancing skill sets of students by organizing workshops on various skill modules like life skill, study skill, fundamental skill, etc. viii) Provide support to pre-service and new teachers by listening, offering guidance and leading by example to achieve student outcomes. ix) Assist in developing student-led curriculum to improve student achievement. x) Conducting online classes through various applications like WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Meet,etc. 2. Senior Teacher in Bud Nursery School (Level - Pre-School) Date – 7th May 2014 – 25th September 2016 i) Developed cognitive and motor skills following activity based teaching methods. ii) Observed and evaluated student performance, behavior, social and emotional development and shared the same with parents through PTMS. iii) Enhanced student learning by utilizing wide range of instructional approaches and innovative classroom practices.
