Upasana B.

I am Upasana Baskey, a PhD candidate in molecular virology with over 6years of experience in the field. My research focuses on unravelling the molecular mechanisms behind viral infections, particularly the dengue virus. With a strong background in Microbiology (Bachelor's and Master's) and bioinformatics, I’ve made contributions to understanding viral pathogenesis and exploring potential therapeutic interventions. Alongside my research, I am passionate about tutoring and mentoring students, helping them grasp complex scientific concepts. I have also worked as a guest lecturer at Midnapore College and have plenty of experience in training summer students. I understand biology well and I want the younger students to unravel the subject as well in an easier manner.
