I am graduate engineer having 14+ years’ rich experiences in SAP consulting in SD/CS Module apart from 15+ years of domain experience. My profile and experience as SAP trainer in brief is described below:- I was working with Robert Bosch, Bangalore (RBEI) for last 10 years and was heading their SAP CS Team. SAP CS Module is niche technology and cross-module integration between SAP SD, MM, PM & CO modules. SAP CS is little complex and knowledge in SAP SD and basic knowledge of other modules are required to work on it. SAP CS is used to map various Service processes like Field-Service, In-house Repair, External Service, Initial Service, Spare Sale etc. It contains various SAP Objects like Service Notification, Service Order, DIP Profile, Service Sales Order, Delivery, Billing etc. I was involved in development of CS Team from scratch for RBEI in Bangalore and Coimbatore locations and some of my activities were recruitment of Engineering / MBA/ SAP certified freshers (Since lateral candidate is difficult to available in the market for this skill), provide class-room & practical training by stimulation of end to end service processes in the training system, deployment of resources in the projects, mentor and guide them during full project life cycle. Resources trained under me while working at RBEI are still working there and some resources after leaving RBEI are at present working at Cognizant, Accenture, IBM, Ernst & Young etc. While in RBEI I had also involved in so many end to end implementation & roll-out projects in India & abroad and provided key user training on Sales & service processes to various clients from India, Germany, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Sweden etc. Further I was Senior Project Manager of RBEI, managed CS Application Support and many other enhancement Projects for SD & CS Module worldwide, guided and monitored the team to ensure successful delivery of the projects as per stipulated quality norms and delivery. Prior to joining at RBEI I was in USA and worked as senior SD Consultant with Bearing Point (Now merged with Deloitte) in full life cycle Implementation project for Global SAP Service Supply Chain management (an integration project of SAP CRM & SAP ECC) for High Tech industry in USA. During my stay in USA, I had also worked as Trainer for SAP SD Module with Sage Group Consulting, NJ, USA. I had taken Instructor lead class room training using methodology that included PowerPoint presentations coupled with exercises utilizing an SAP training environment for a batch of professionals interested to switch SAP consulting career. Course contained end to end business processes with exercises for sales cycle which includes sales order processing, customer master, material master, pricing, delivery, billing etc. with configuration requirements explained in training environment. I retired from RBEI at the end of 2019 and now engaged in providing training and placement support for SAP CS & SD Module.
