To teach is to practice your skills. My experience says to have patience with kids as they will be nurtured well with practically approaching them . It's our fault if they are not doing well means we are not teaching well.
To educate we have to include practical approach, new innovative teaching method, understanding where they are lacking, knowing their strength and eliminating their weakness.
Remember if we withhold strong foundation in their grassroots level they will able to handle every situation later.
I can rather teach student's at much higher class but what's the point if cannot provide him or her with a strong foundation.
Teaching in today's competitive worlds requires innovation, idea, informative, practical and pro-oriented.
