I used to dance earlier, but I discontinued because of health issues. When I checked my skills with some dance steps, I was not satisfied with my body language. I think I have lost my skills, and I want to regain my past dance skills. Will I be able to do that?

Yes, of course, dance is always about practice. Even if a fit person doesn't practice on a day to day basis, he/she tends to lose the ease which further results in lousy body language. Hence, I would suggest you to practice, push yourself a little harder, and you'll see the result for yourself.
