Srabani Bhattacharyya

As someone who has always been passionate about acting, I have over twenty years of experience. I have completed my 12th standard and acting courses. My journey in the acting world has been fulfilling, and I have had the opportunity to work with renowned theatre groups in Bengal, such as the Theatre Groups of Bengal from the Times of Theater directory.
I have had the opportunity to work in various plays, and my efforts have been recognised and awarded. I have been honoured with the prestigious Vishwachadra Vidya Sagar Award and the Sharuk Samman for my contributions to the acting field.
One of my deepest desires is to teach acting to children with Autism. I believe that the power of drama and storytelling can significantly benefit individuals with Autism, allowing them to express themselves and build their confidence. I run my drama school from home, providing online and offline acting lessons for individuals aged four years and above, catering to all age groups.
My approach to teaching acting is highly interactive and practical. I focus on providing certifications upon completion of the courses to ensure that my students have tangible recognition of their achievements. My lessons include voice and tongue modification exercises, clear voice projection, and script and story reading and enactment classes. As someone deeply committed to acting and it's potential to bring about positive change in the lives of individuals with Autism, I constantly strive to improve my teaching methods and provide the best possible experience for my students. My goal is to instil in them a love for acting and storytelling and to help them develop the skills and confidence to express themselves through this art form.
