IdentityIt is important for me to understand the current abilities of the child, the scope for improvement and the expectation of the child and parent. I try to build confidence in the child while trying to develop understanding and work skills.
I have worked with Kumon India where i was the Head Instructor and centre in-charge. Students under me have reached above their school grade level. For example. a student of Class I was able to do fractions in a year, a class III child was able to do Maths of class VII (Simultaneous and quadratic equations) in one and a half year.
