By profession I am a health researcher having 10 years experience with MCA & MSW degrees. Dance is my passion. I do solo performance and teach bharatnatyam at my place. Dance practice and health research both are equally important to me. I was a lecturer of a Private IT college. Teaching is my hobby. For a student to get a good teacher is a very important aspect. I want to be a good dance teacher from where student can be benefited. I believe Only dancing may not help one to be a complete dancer. Education and interest of knowing culture, behavior, history and mythology of society can enrich a person to be an perfect artist. A creative mind is needed at every spare of life. As dance is a media of expression one can expressed herself /himself using mudras or symbols. Tala, Bhava and Abhinoy are the unique elements of Bharatnatyam. Having 15 years experience of classical dance forms at Kolkata, I realized that only an educated dance teacher can build a base of a student who want to be a future dancer.
