Her life journey has been featured in a book called “Magical 40 @ 40”, a compilation of 40 inspiring stories of women who turned adversities into opportunities and fulfilled their dreams. Her inspiring story is going to be chronicled in a forthcoming book called “Leaps & Bounds”. Besides her professional commitments, Shashi is the National Convener- Soft Skills & Grooming at JAIN INTERNATIONAL TRADE ORGANISATION- CFE APEX and Secretary - JAIN INTERNATIONAL TRADE ORGANISATION, KOLKATA. She has also served as the Chief Secretary, Jito Kolkata, Ladies Wing contributing towards social and educational upliftment of women & service to mankind. She has also contributed her services being a part of the core committee of Bengal chamber of commerce & Industry & TEDx Chowringhee, Kolkata, L &D Global & International Trainers Federation.
