She has been desperately trying for admission in any school in Kolkata, her home town. Till now she has not been admitted in any school as admission in most of the schools happened in December. Back in Bhutan her school resumed by March and now classes are going on in full swing. She is in a dilemma not being able to make up her mind whether to keep trying in Kolkata or come back to Bhutan. My question is why can she not be admitted in a school in Kolkata?. Is the standard of education so high in Kolkata that a student from Bhutan cannot be admitted in a school there? But then how come many of the Bhutanese students are studying down there on their own? «less
