IdentityI Sri. Sayantan Barman,M.A. in English Literature from Rabindra Bharati University and B.A.(Honours) and B.Ed from Calcutta University have keen interest in teaching. I have completed my Diploma in Information Technology from Garia Youth Computer Training Centre which is under Government of West Bengal.
I have work experiences as an Assistant Teacher in Samaritan Mission School(High) and TGT English in Army Public school Panagarh as an adhoc and currently I am pursuing my career as an educator in Happy Home English School (H.S)(Co.ed).During my tenure I have attended the Capacity Building Programme on Induction Training Programme (Guru Dakshta)-PRP which mainly focuses on National Education Policy NEP 2020.I got an opportunity to complete a Capacity Building workshop on TGT ENGLISH held at FDRC,Shankar Vihar, Delhi Cantt.
In addition to my school,I have 6 years experience of being a private tutor. I use student centered approach in my teaching.I impart my knowledge to my pupils and focus on doubt clearing for their holistic development. I create a fear free classroom environment so that they could discuss innovative ideas and relevant topics in groups.
