It is worth mentioning that he is an excellent teacher who can convey his knowledge in a very simple and candid manner. His vast work experience in this subject as an IT professional makes his lessons even more attractive and scenario based. Apart from everything what I liked the most is his approachable nature. Installing hadoop was a big challenge to me and it was quite impossible without his help. "Sayan da's training method is not only unique, its simply different. The sessions are not at all theoretic, its very much practical and the issues are clarified with live examples and running code snippets. Sayan da is very much enthusiastic in answering all kinds of questions from any side of the ecosystem, however silly it is. He not only clarifies the doubts in the session, but also after session hours and even after completion of course over phone. The assignments provided are really challenging and sometimes more than two brain storming sessions are required to solve them. He always encourages the discussion over mails for the understanding of problems. One thing is a must say, please do not expect it as a placement agency. This is simply a place where you will LEARN the ecosystem, not only theoretically, most importantly, very practically which will give you enormous help in handling hadoop development in your career. So, as a bottom line, I want to borrow the famous words of Ken Arnold (co-author with James Gosling,creator of JAVA) --"Be careful--you might actually learn something..."........ "
